Information you give us

The forms on this site ask for the details we need to respond to a request. Depending on the form, that can include:

your name;
your email address, if you choose to provide one;
your phone number, so we can reach you about your request;
your service address and city, on the rock delivery form, so we can work out whether a delivery is possible;
details about the work you are asking about, such as the material, quantity or service you selected, and anything you write in the message field;
whether you ticked the box agreeing to receive text messages about your request.

Only fill in what you are comfortable sharing. Please do not send payment card details, government identification numbers or other sensitive information through these forms; we do not ask for any of it.

Information collected automatically

When you submit a form we record the page you submitted it from, which form it was, and the date and time, so we know what you were looking at when you got in touch. If you arrived through an advertising or campaign link, the campaign values in that link's web address (commonly called UTM parameters) may be recorded with your submission so we know which campaign to credit.

Our website host and the services we use to operate the site keep standard technical logs, which can include IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested. These are generated by the infrastructure itself and are used to run and secure the site.

How we use information

to answer your enquiry and provide a quote;
to contact you about the work you asked about;
to text you about your request, if you ticked the consent box;
to operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website;
to understand which pages and campaigns bring people to us;
to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Calls and text messages

Our forms ask for a phone number so we can respond to your request. Some forms also include a checkbox agreeing to receive text messages from us about that request. The box is never ticked for you, ticking it is never required to submit a form, and we record whether you ticked it.

If you tick it, the messages we send relate to the request you made — for example answering your question, arranging a quote or confirming a visit. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan; those are your carrier's charges, not ours.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text message. You can also tell us when we next call, or phone (480) 712-0431. Opting out of texts does not stop us responding to your request by phone.

Whether or not you tick the box, we may still call you about your request, because that is why you gave us the number.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We may use cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. This can include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion tracking. Where these are in use, Google receives information about your visit — such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser — and may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

Embedded maps

Pages on this site embed a Google Map showing our location. When a map loads, Google may receive your IP address and set cookies, in the same way as visiting Google Maps directly. That processing is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

Service providers

We use a small number of companies to run this website and deliver what you send us. They handle information only as needed to provide their service to us:

our website hosting and content delivery provider, which serves these pages;
an email delivery service, which passes form submissions to our business inbox;
Google, for the embedded maps, fonts and any analytics or advertising measurement.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you, carry out any work that follows, and meet our business and legal record-keeping obligations. We have not set a fixed retention period. If you would like us to delete your enquiry, contact us and we will unless we are required to keep it.

Security

Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and delivered to our business inbox. No website can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information through these forms.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Ask us to delete it.
Ask us to stop calling or texting you.
